Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Downloadable digital products

Please include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (cooling-off period) without giving a reason.
